BUSINESS HOURS:
Open Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays.

PICK-UP AND DELIVERY:
One free pick-up and delivery by Ultra Light, per day, during normal working hours.
Special arrangements are available upon request.

RENTAL PERIOD:
Minimum rental period is one day. Equipment must be returned by 10:00 am to avoid any extra day charges,
unless other arrangements have been made.
"Hold Days" or "Weather Days" must be reported to Ultra Light on the day of non-shooting and must be prior to the
termination of the rental. In any event, Ultra Light reserves the right to charge for these days.

SHIPPING:
All shipments made outside Las Vegas by air or surface freight will be shipped collect for freight charges.
All rented equipment returned to Ultra Light must be shipped pre-paid. Rental does not end until equipment is
received by Ultra Light.

INSURANCE:
Renter shall provide their own insurance to cover retail value of equipment rented, for all loss and damage.
Rental cost will not be deducted from replacement cost. Certificates of insurance, or verification from the insurance
company that the certificates are forthcoming, must be made available to Ultra Light prior to release of equipment.
